  • Unboxing Videos for Discrepancies:

    • To ensure utmost satisfaction, record an unboxing video of the received order in case any discrepancies arise. This will help us address issues effectively and provide suitable solutions.
  • Rare Occurrence of Extra Charges:

    • While we strive to list items accurately to prevent additional charges, there may be rare cases where extra fees apply. Regrettably, products in such instances cannot be returned or exchanged, and the order cannot be canceled for this reason.
